PAN Card: Copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) card of the business entity.

Identity Proof: Individual identity proof (e.g., Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, etc.) in case of an individual applicant, or the identity proof of the authorized signatory in case of a business entity.

Address Proof: Address proof of the business entity (e.g., electricity bill, rent agreement, etc.) or the address proof of the authorized signatory.

Bank Certificate or Cancelled Cheque: A copy of a cancelled cheque or a bank certificate containing details of the bank account.

Digital Photograph: Passport-sized photograph of the applicant or the authorized signatory.

Letter of Authorization: In case the application is filed by an authorized representative, a letter of authorization from the applicant along with the representative's identity proof.
